The Department of Clinical Sciences mission is to assure the health and productivity of animals to meet

The Department of Clinical Sciences at Colorado State University seeks applications for a 12-month,
Continuing, Contract, Adjunct (CCA) Clinical Instructor, Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor in Small
Animal Orthopedic Surgery.
The Small Animal Orthopedic Surgery position is responsible for the orthopedic surgical management of
the small animal caseload at the VTH. This faculty position will provide 30-34 weeks of clinical effort and
will have responsibility for surgical consultations, performing orthopedic surgery, and teaching house
officers and DVM students. This position supports an important clinical service in the Veterinary Teaching
Hospital (VTH) both in terms of client service and revenue generation. CSU has a unique integrated
service including Orthopedic Surgery, Orthopedic Medicine/Mobility, and Rehabilitation teams for
comprehensive patient care and collaborative clinical research/trials.
